Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of our products, all items are sold as final sale, except in the case of damage or defect upon arrival.
Because many of our items are one-of-a-kind, handcrafted, or made using natural materials, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as customer preference, color/texture variations, or minor natural imperfections.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

We will review the case and, if approved, offer one of the following solutions:

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection and confirmation.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the damage or defect is confirmed to be our responsibility.
Customs Duties & Taxes
Customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are handled according to the shipping terms applicable to the product:

DDP items: duties and taxes are included in the price and handled by us.

DAP items: duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
